Temporary telephone service disruption for Logan County Government
[June 16, 2026]
Logan County Government advises
residents that on Wednesday, June 17, telephone service at the Logan
County Courthouse (217-732-6400) and all other County Government
offices may be temporarily unavailable. Please note that this will
not impact the Logan County Safety Complex or 911.
This disruption is due to the County transitioning to a new
telephone service provider. The outage is expected to be temporary
and may last up to a half day.
Residents who require immediate assistance during this time are
encouraged to:
• Visit County facilities in person, or
• Call back later in the afternoon once service has been restored
