Mill Museum announces The Grand
Relaunch Celebration of historic windmill for June 20

Come celebrate the grand relaunch
of the Historic Windmill at the Mill Museum on Route 66 at 738 S.
Washington St., Lincoln, Illinois on Saturday, June 20th, 2026, from
11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The windmill sails have been
rebuilt to provide lighting and motion as they had in The Mill
Restaurant’s heyday.
This free celebration will feature
tours of the museum, antique and classic car show, Route 66 music,
and food vendors that will have available for purchase a schnitzel
sandwich in honor of the Mill’s most famous menu item in addition to
other choices.
The event is being hosted by the
Logan County Tourism Bureau.
