Speed Limit changes on N. Elm
Street
[October 31, 2026]
The speed limit on N Elm Street,
between Woodlawn and 8th Street, has been reduced. From Woodlawn to
10th Street, the speed limit is now 25 mph. From 10th Street to 8th
Street, the speed limit is now 20 mph. New signs are in place and in
effect.
