Memorial Hospital to offer free wellness series

LINCOLN – Memorial Wellness Center
and Lincoln Memorial Hospital (LMH) will present Everyday Wellness,
a free, five-week series, from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. on Thursdays
beginning Aug. 6 at Lincoln Memorial Hospital, Steinfort Conference
Rooms.
The series will feature Nicole Florence, MD, registered dietitian
Erin Zepp and a physical therapist from Lincoln Memorial Hospital.
Sessions will cover nutrition, movement and everyday healthy habits.
The series runs Aug. 6, 13, 20 and 27 and Sept. 3. Although the
event is free, registration is required. Click
