- Donald Chester Cunningham, 81, of Lincoln, IL, passed away on
Thursday, September 17, 2026, at St. Clara’s Rehab and Senior Care.

Donald Chester
Cunningham, 81, of Lincoln, IL, passed away on
Thursday, September 17, 2026, at St. Clara’s Rehab
and Senior Care.
Donald was born on May 29, 1945, in Niles, Michigan,
the son of David Oswin and Betty (Dunfin)
Cunningham. He married Jeannie Kay Anderson on
December 3, 1965, in Sherman, TX. She survives.
Donald is also survived by his children, Kimberly
Shull and Darren (Ivy) Cunningham; six
grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and one
brother, Dennis Cunningham.

He was preceded in
death by his parents, and brother David Cunningham.
Donald proudly served in the US Air Force during
Vietnam as a Staff Sergeant.
A burial at Irish Grove Cemetery will be held.
Cremation rites have been entrusted to
Fricke-Calvert-Schrader Funeral Home. |
