KS — Sharon Lunn, 66, of Springhill, KS, formerly of Lincoln passed
away on Tuesday, July 22, 2025, from brain cancer in Olathe KS,
surrounded by her loving family.

A celebration of life will be held Saturday, August
9th in Springhill, KS at their home.
Obituary
Sharon Lunn, 66, of Springhill, KS,
formerly of Lincoln passed away on Tuesday, July 22,
2025, from brain cancer in Olathe KS, surrounded by
her loving family. Sharon was born on September 3rd,
1958, daughter of the late John and Evelyn Kapik.
Sharon graduated from Lincoln Community High School
in 1976. She retired from Wal-Mart after working
there over 40 years at various locations. She and
her husband Rick loved to travel in their motor
home. She was a loving wife, mother, daughter,
sister, stepmother, and step grandmother. She will
be missed by all who loved her.
Sharon is survived by her husband Rick Lunn, one son
Michael Pepper of Florida, one daughter Michelle
Pepper of Kansas, two sisters Carol (Stan) Kuhn and
Janice Kapik both of Texas, two stepdaughters Keri
Lunn of Missouri and Jenni (Ethan) Stover of
Nebraska, five step grandchildren, two aunts Ruth
Kapik and Dorothy Haseley both of Lincoln and many
cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents,
grandparents and many aunts and uncles.
A celebration of life will be held Saturday, August
9th in Springhill, KS at their home.
Donations can be sent to American Cancer Society in
honor fo Sharon Lunn.
