Obituary
Charles E. Leevey, 58, of Lincoln,
passed away Saturday, May 24, 2025 in Peoria, IL.
Cremation rites have been accorded by Holland Barry
& Bennett Funeral Home. A memorial visitation will
be held Wednesday, June 4, 2025, from 4-6 PM at
Holland Barry & Bennett Funeral Home.
Charles was born November 3, 1966, in Lincoln, IL.,
the son of Charles W. Leevey and Norma Jean (
Deavers) Leevey. He worked in concrete masonry. He
enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren,
shooting, and wood working. He was known for his
long braided beard.

Surviving are his children: Josh
Leevey ( Taylor) and Ashley Diehl ( Jacob);
grandchildren: Kyly, Gabriel, Houston, Hunter,
Luella, Mazie, and Nova; and his brother Dave Leevey.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Memorial donations may be made to the family to
assist with funeral expenses.
