- Timothy Allen Thompson, 69, of Rockville, IN., formerly of
Lincoln, IL, passed away on Friday, April 17, 2026, at Union
Hospital in Terre Haute.

Service:
A graveside service for Timothy will be held at 1:00
pm on Wednesday, April 22, 2026, at Zion Cemetery in
Lincoln.

Timothy Allen
Thompson, 69, of Rockville, IN., formerly of
Lincoln, IL, passed away on Friday, April 17, 2026,
at Union Hospital in Terre Haute.
Timothy was born on November 25, 1956, in Toccoa,
Georgia, the son of Robert W. and Doris G. (Goode)
Thompson.
He is survived by his children, Robert Thompson
(Susan Bieghler), Jeremy Thompson, and Nicole
Preston (Zach Preston); grandchildren, Katelynn
Thompson, Abby Preston, Zach Preston, Brianna
Thompson, Tyler Thompson, Emily White, Aiden, Chris,
Rylie, Eisley, Sierra, great grandchild, Kaysen
Thompson, and his brother, Robert “Bobby” Thompson. |
Timothy was preceded
in death by his parents, son, Timothy “Shane”
Thompson, a brother, Cary Thompson, and a
granddaughter, Brook L.Thompson.
A graveside service for Timothy will be held at 1:00
pm on Wednesday, April 22, 2026, at Zion Cemetery in
Lincoln. Memorials may be made in Timothy’s memory
to the Humane Society of Logan County. Arrangements
have been entrusted to Fricke-Calvert-Schrader
Funeral Home in Lincoln.
