Obituary

Donna J Rieman, 87, of Lincoln passed away January 24, 2026 at her home.

Cremation rites have been accorded by Holland Barry & Bennett Funeral Home. There will be no services at this time.

Donna was born July 14, 1938 In Lincoln, IL, the daughter of Lester C Van Bibber and Katherine (Kirk) Orr.

Donna graduated from Lincoln Community High School in 1956.

Donna married the love of her life, William "Bill" Rieman on July 3, 1959. They celebrated 62 years of marriage before his passing on August 4, 2021.

Donna loved her family deeply and she loved Jesus. She attended Open Arms church in Lincoln, IL faithfully until very recently. Her favorite title was that of "Baba" as she was affectionately named by her beloved grandchildren.

Survivors include: son Jeffery W. Rieman of Lincoln, IL and daughter Pamela (Darrell) Ifft of Fairury, IL.

Grandchildren: Jillian (Sam) Monical of Sherman, IL and Gunnar (Ally) Monical of Vassalboro, ME.
 

Bonus Grandchildren and Greats:
Brittany (Caleb) Rathbun, Chelsie (Jordan) Spisok, Trevor Ifft, Tanner (Emma) Ifft. Kellan, Lilly, Axel, Harlow, Cole, and Freddy.

Brothers: Lester Van Bibber, Larry (Linda) Van Bibber Sisters: Kendra (John) Geiger, Cheri Aiken

Many cousins, nieces, and nephews

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband William, sister Carol Kotsak, and brother Terry Van Bibber.
