Music Night at the Logan County Fair

[August 12, 2026]

Music Night at the Logan County Fair brought a large crowd. Gates opened at 6 p.m. and lines started three hours prior. Lesleigh Bennett started the night with the National Anthem. Shortly after 7 p.m. WFMB radio personality Leah, along with Miss Logan County Fair Grace Carter, announced our opening act, Canadian music sensation Josh Ross.

Josh is blowing up the country music charts with hits like “On a Different Night, “Single Again”, “Trouble”, and “Hate How You Look.” His newest single “Bar and Back” just hit the number 1 spot on Sirius XM the Highway’s Hot 30 Countdown. Josh graciously signed autographs and met one on one with fans during a special meet and great session.

In between sets, local auctioneer Dan Naughton and Miss Logan County Fair 2026 Grace Carter auctioned off a guitar donated by Bennett Funeral Home and signed by both Josh Ross and Lauren Alaina. That auction brought $1,000.00 and those funds will be used for local 4-H students.

Lauren Alaina held a special meet and greet session for fans and then took the stage around 8:30 p.m. Lauren began her career at the age of 16 when she won runner up on season 11 of American Idol. Her debut album “Wildflower” was released in 2011 and “The road Less Traveled” was released in 2017. A brand new album “Stages” is set to be released on August 28 and features new songs “All My Exes” and “Raining Whiskey” that Lauren performed right here in Lincoln. Lauren treated concertgoers to several special on stage guests including a crew member that doubled as a backup dancer and a lucky young fan that got to sing and dance alongside her for an entire song.

It was an electrifying night of country music in Logan County! Special thanks to the Logan County Fair Board, fairgrounds staff, concert committee, all the sponsors that make the concert possible and all the fantastic volunteers.
