Snow Route Parking Ban/Landscape Waste Facility Hours

[November 29, 2025]  In anticipation of the forecasted winter weather, the snow route parking ban will be in effect beginning at 12:00pm on Saturday, November 29th. The parking ban will be in place until plows have cleared the streets. The Lincoln Street Department would like to remind residents who live along marked Snow Routes that parking on the street is prohibited after 2" of snow and until the street has been plowed. Residents should seek alternative parking. Also, be reminded of the 2:00AM to 5:00AM no parking areas in the downtown area.

It is also encouraged that residents throughout the city refrain from parking on the streets and find alternative parking if at all possible. This will greatly enhance the ability of crews to plow the streets sooner and more complete.

As soon as the crews finish plowing operations, they will begin treating streets with salt.
