Lincoln Community High School Foundation announces scholarship winners

[April 24, 2026] 

The Lincoln Community High School Foundation has been created to enrich lifelong learning programs and provide educational opportunities for LCHS students. The Foundation provides funds beyond the normal operating budget for community educational programs not available through tax revenues. The Foundation is a non-profit, independent organization governed by a volunteer Board of Directors, who are business and professional members of the community with a commitment to education.
The Lincoln Community High School Foundation Board of Directors has reviewed this year’s applicants and has made their scholarship selections from the Senior Class of 2026.

Winners are:

The James E. Heinzel Scholarship (4 years tuition @ ISU rate) will be awarded to Mia Clark.

The Arthur and Luella Gimbel Scholarship ($5,000) will be awarded to Calvin Aukamp.

The LeRoy Allison Memorial Scholarship ($3,000) will be awarded to Kyli Lund.

The LeRoy Allison Memorial Technical Trade Scholarship ($2,000) will be awarded to Brooklyn Curry.

The Jason Jones Memorial Scholarship ($2,000) will be awarded to Mia Clark.

The LCHS Career & Technical Education Scholarship ($2,500) will be awarded to Brooklyn Curry.

The Debra L. Bree Memorial Scholarship ($1,000) will be awarded to Elijah Crawford.

The Lincoln Community High School Foundation Scholarship ($1,000) will be awarded to Lakin Adams, Calvin Aukamp, Mary Bauer, Myah Bowman, Rachel Boyd, Jada Bree, Elijah Crawford, Brooklyn Curry, Sarah Dahmm, Dabria Dalpoas, Avery Davenport, Adalyn Farmer, Carson Fuiten, Makia Hassebrock, Karson, Komnick, Garrett Lacefield, Austin Lucas, Kyli Lund, Kelsey Marten, Arrington Mauhar, Mesa McCloud, Chloe McFadden, T.J. Morris, Eli Roemer, Grace Schneider, Jenna Shaffer, Morgan Sheley, Mckinlee Stoltzenburg, Lauren Tedrick, Kaylee Thomas, and Jacob Wilson.

The James B. Maxwell Educational Memorial Scholarship ($500) will be awarded to Dabria Dalpoas.
