  • Jeffrey W. Bilbrey, age 35, of Decatur, IL was arrested by Lincoln Police Department on 7/4/2025 at 1:57 p.m. on Logan County Warrant 2024 CF 153 on a Failure to Appear on a Burglary charge.
     

  • Melanie M. Bullock, age 34, of Springfield, IL was arrested by Lincoln Police Department on 7/4/2025 at 7:47 p.m. on a Macon County Warrant and Logan County Warrant 2020 CM 1 on a Domestic Battery charge.
     

  • Mykal W.D. Teubner, age 26, of Lincoln, IL was arrested by Lincoln Police Department on 7/5/2025 at 3:02 a.m. on Keokuk Street on a Possession of a Controlled Substance charge.
